Em fevereiro de 2004, Jean Rouch, cineasta e etnógrafo, morreu nas estradas do Níger as quais ele tanto amava.. Engenheiro de Pontes e Estradas, ele descobre a etnologia no Níger. Sua paixão pelo cinema, Flaherty, Vertov… o leva a escolher a câmera como instrumento de descoberta do mundo. Ao mesmo tempo intuitiva e inspirada, sua obra investiu em todos os gêneros: documentário etnográfico, sociológico, « Cinema Direto », ficção… O Ministério das Relações Estrangeiras o homenageia com 5 de seus filmes e um retrato, uma homenagem que permitirá aopúblico descobrir – ou redescobrir – o trabalho de um homem livre, curioso et profundamente humanista: um « mestre louco » ! Organizada pela Cinemateca da Embaixada da França no Brasil, a homenagem a Jean Rouch tomará a Alexandre Robatto durante todo o mês de junho. Transition from fighting to loving
Since yesterday I feel again that I'm not much longer going to work in my job. I'm working as an IT-specialist and it's too much tech and too little humanity. Too much fighting instead of being with&for each other. I think that there is no excuse of not being lovingly to each other.
